REGULAR BOAT CRUISES

We offer „TRYTON” boat cruises on Wigry Lake in Suwalszczyzna (north-east Poland), which are held from May through September every year. The new season is coming when the famous “TRYTON” will be once again carrying tourists interested in admiring the charms of Wigry National Park, many of them will take the extraordinary opportunity to be on board of this special passenger boat, reconstructed and prepared for hosting the Pope, John Paul II .

The cruise will take you across Hańcza Bay where you can see such rare wild fowl as egrets and cormorants. We also stop in Plosa, near the deepest part of Wigry Lake, where the water depth reaches 73m. After the Pope’s visit we have hosted many celebrities, who were enchanted by the wild nature surrounding Wigry Lake. At evening cruises you can admire the former Monastery of Cameldolite Order, with the tower and other facilities, all beautifully illuminated. Our main harbour is right at the foot of the Monastery on Wigry Lake.

Regular boat cruises are held every day from 10.00 a.m. through 16.00 p.m. at: 10.00 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 1.00 p.m., 2.30 p.m., 4.00p.m.
The boat carries 45 individuals on a cruise lasting approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Free admission for children under 5 !!!
On board the ship valid admission card to Wigry National Park can be purchased on site or other sales outlets in WNP.
